A new utility to share iPhone using wireless connection is available. AirSharing allows you to use Finder (Mac OS), Explorer (Windows) and Nautilus (Linux) to explore your iPhone.
After connection established you’ll see two folders where you will be able to copy or move all the office documents you need to read from iPhone.
That’s the way the document list is seen at telephone.
There is also detailed instruction manual available.

Apple have renewed the operators settings – Russian MTS, Beeline and Megafon were added to the list.

After the button “Download and Upgrade” press and the iPhone restart old Beeline logo is replaced with the new one. MTS subscribers don’t see anything like that, but they report EDGE/GPRS settings menu disappears (they are set automatically) and these new menus appear:

A Japan-based mobile operator Softbank makes it’s best to raise the sells of iPhones in the country of the Rising Sun. They should sell approximately 800 000 iPhones in the next two months to follow the conditions identified in the contract that Softbank had signed with Apple.
When Softbank dropped the tariffs from $55 to $16 per month that didn’t succeeded – the Japanese mobile market is overfilled with different New Generation mobile gadgets, and iPhone doesn’t even pretend to compete with them. And Softbank has only two months before it should report Apple about the sales statistics.
That’s extremely interesting, how Russian operators will try to evade the errors made by their Japanese colleagues.

New iPod Touch is supplied with brand new headphones, that was announced by Apple yesterday conference Let’s Rock.
The main feature of new device is that a small woofer and tweeter are integrated into headphones. So we have the two-way stereo-speaker, that can size in your pocket. There are also three earpieces supplied to fit every earsize.
The volume control and microphone are fixed on the right ear wire. At the moment, Apple sais that this earphones are compatible with iPod Touch, New iPod Nano 4G and new iPod Classic. There was no any word said about iPhone unfortunately.

The player became thinner. The metal edging appeared on the case. The size of the display haven’t been changed.
After finishing the announcement, Steve Jobs had mentioned, that approximately 100 million applications have been downloaded from AppStore and that iPod Nano can also work with this online store.
A 32Gb model was also announced. Here are the prices.

A lot of people want to now, will be the monstrous Worms:Armrageddon ever ported to iPhone. Here’s some information about this cult game perspectives.
There are only two developers left, who are working under Worms project – their names are Deadcode and CyberShadow. The last one is living in Kishenev, Moldova, he also enjoys playing Worms and likes to modify the game’s code in order to improve it.
We have communicated CyberShadow and asked him, if it’s possible to port Worms game to iPhone platform. The developer said the following.
Unfortunately, this project can’t be realized because we have only heavily restricted rights to make changes in game. The only thing we can do is making updates for Windows-based game version – everything else is in Team 17 competence.
They say, Team 17 is making new Worms game at the moment, and the iPhone version is also expected. So I don’t think that the Worms:Armageddon port-project will be appreciated by Team 17 as commercially successful. Anyway, I advice you to contact Team 17 director Martyn “Spadge” Brown.
We must also mention another Worms clone named HedgeWars ( http://www.hedgewars.org/ ), that is being developed by Russian team. They plan to issue the commercial version of the game for iPhone platform, but Team 17 already claimed them for copyright violation.
As we can see, the only sticking point is Team 17. If they will consider to do so, the new Worms game port will appear in AppStore before the Christmas.

Will Wright, the creator of The Sims and SimCity is presenting a new iPhone game, that supposed to become a real hit! The Spore is evolution simulator game. Player should begin the game from the basic microorganism and pass through to dedicated civilization. This is a first ever made strategy game for iPhone.
So, the little spore is coming to Earth. You must control spore using iPhone accelerometer and feed it with surrounding bacteria. After completeing a level you can improve your spore, resize it, add new organs and transfer it to the next evolution level.
