When our favorite store opened, it had about 500 apps for sale. Now the number is getting close to 1001 (at the time of posting it’s already bigger).
As Steve Jobs said, AppStore is a major breakthrough. By the end of 10th day after the opening, 25 million apps were downloaded. I’m not sure what the numbers look like at the moment, but I think it’s getting close to 50 million.

I think you’ll agree that no other platform had so many applications made for it at the same time.
