I think not everyone here played Quake I. I know that Kit did, a couple of years ago we were in Team Fortress league and were playing on Demos and ORC servers at night.
And now the tireless zodttd (the author of vls/ogg4iPhone, Snes, etc.) after all these years has ported to iPhone 2.0 the famous first Quake. You can download it from Cydia, the filename is Quake4iPhone. I’ve installed it, but after an hour of playing I figured that our phone is not meant for FPS games. Anyway, without the keyboard and mouse, the game process reminds the marathon with steel bars attached to your feet. Lets watch (the video is rather long, but I was just so excited) 
I really want the developers to create a keyboard for iPhone. This way, we’ll be able to fully appreciate this game.
